Submitting a contact or estimate request through our website does not constitute a binding contract. We will contact you to confirm availability, discuss your project, and provide a written estimate. Services begin only upon your acceptance of a written estimate and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit or payment.
All estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of the quote. Changes to scope, materials, or site conditions discovered during the project may result in adjusted pricing. We will communicate any changes to you before proceeding.
Payments made through our website for design packages, equipment rental deposits, or consultation fees are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your card.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of booking for online transactions. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
Design packages (2D Planning, 3D Design, Scaled Planning) are paid in full at the time of booking. The deliverable — layout, rendering, or scaled drawings — will be provided to you following the onsite property visit and design work. Timelines will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
Design packages are non-transferable and apply to the specific property and project scope discussed. If the scope changes materially after the visit, additional fees may apply.
All equipment rentals include a trained operator, fuel, and delivery within our service area. By booking a rental, you agree to the following:
Consultations and estimate appointments: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand things come up — just let us know.
Equipment rentals: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs.
Design packages: Cancellations made before the onsite visit are eligible for a full refund. Once the property visit has occurred, the fee is non-refundable as work has begun.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.

Design renderings produced for you as part of a purchased design package are for your personal project use only and may not be used commercially or shared with competing contractors without our consent.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washtenaw County, Michigan.
